Opulentus Media LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 22, 2026
Opulentus Media LLC ("Opulentus," "we," "us") provides marketing, software, and automation services to businesses, including the Opulentus Automation missed call text back service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to opulentusmedia.com and to the services we operate for our business customers.
Information we collect
- Business customer information. When a business signs up for our services we collect contact details (name, email address, phone number), business details (business name, address, hours), and billing information processed by our payment provider.
- Consumer messaging information. When a consumer calls a business that uses Opulentus Automation and the call goes unanswered, we process the consumer's phone number, call metadata (time and status of the call), and the content of text messages exchanged with that business, solely to deliver the service on the business's behalf.
- Website usage. Standard log and analytics data such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address, together with the advertising and analytics cookies described under Advertising and measurement below.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve our services.
- To send missed call follow up text messages and related conversation replies on behalf of the business a consumer contacted.
- To notify businesses about new leads and account activity.
- To bill business customers and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors and platform providers necessary to deliver messages (for example, our messaging infrastructure provider). Consumers receive messages only after initiating a phone call to a participating business. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (messaging and telephony infrastructure, payment processing, cloud hosting, and analytics), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us; with the specific business a consumer contacted, so it can respond to the consumer's inquiry; with the advertising platforms described below, on the limited terms set out there; and where required by law.
Advertising and measurement
This section applies only to visitors to our website and to businesses that sign up for our services. It does not apply to consumer messaging information. Consumer phone numbers, call metadata, and the content of text messages are never used for advertising and are never sent to any advertising platform.
Our website uses advertising and analytics technologies from Meta (the Meta Pixel) and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads). These set cookies and similar identifiers that record pages viewed and actions taken, such as beginning a checkout or starting a free trial, so that we can measure which ads and pages bring businesses to us.
When a business begins a checkout or starts a trial or subscription, we send a record of that event to Meta, Google Analytics, and Google Ads to measure the advertising that led to it. That record can include a one way encrypted (hashed) form of the business contact email address, the advertising click identifiers held in the cookies described above, the IP address, and the browser user agent. The email address is hashed before it leaves our systems, so the advertising platform receives a code rather than a readable address. We never send phone numbers to any advertising platform.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use these platforms to build profiles of the consumers who receive text messages.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Consumers who opt out of messaging are kept on a suppression list so we do not message them again.
Security
We use industry standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted infrastructure providers, to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages.
- Reply HELP to any text message for assistance.
- Opt out of advertising measurement. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or enable Do Not Track. When we receive that signal we record the opt out and send nothing about that visit to any advertising platform.
- Contact us at the address below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We honor applicable rights under state privacy laws.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
