Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the services provided by Opulentus Media LLC ("Opulentus," "we," "us"), including our website and the Opulentus Automation missed call text back service. By using our services you agree to these terms.
The Opulentus Automation service
Opulentus Automation is a missed call recovery service for businesses. When a consumer calls a participating business and the call goes unanswered, the service sends a text message from that business's dedicated number inviting the consumer to reply, and relays the conversation so the business can respond. Pricing for businesses (no setup fee): $169 per month month-to-month with no long-term commitment; $139 per month on a 12-month agreement billed monthly; or $1,548 per year ($129 per month equivalent) on a 12-month agreement billed annually. The plan you choose is shown on the checkout page before you pay. If a specific promotion includes a free trial, its exact terms (length and when billing begins) are shown on that offer's checkout page before you pay.
SMS program terms (Opulentus Automation)
- Program description: missed call follow up and customer care text messages sent on behalf of the business you called.
- Opt in: you receive messages only after you place a phone call to a participating business that goes unanswered. We never purchase or import contact lists.
- Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the business (typically one follow up message plus replies to your messages).
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact info@opulentusmedia.com.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving messages. You can resume by replying START.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Business customer terms
- You must provide accurate business information and use the service only for legitimate communication with consumers who contacted your business.
- You may not use the service to send marketing spam, content that violates carrier policies or CTIA guidelines, or any unlawful content.
- Subscriptions bill in advance on the schedule of the plan you chose (monthly, or annually for the annual plan). On the month-to-month plan you can cancel anytime and service continues through the end of the paid period. The 12-month plans are an agreement to twelve months of service in exchange for their discounted rate; they renew after the term and can be cancelled effective at the end of the term. Customers who purchased under an earlier pricing plan keep the terms shown at their time of purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them by any method other than the interfaces we provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for consumers, carriers, or other customers.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opulentus Media LLC disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
