SMS Consent Program Disclosure

This page documents the complete call to action and consent flow for the Opulentus Automation consent-based text messaging program, operated by Opulentus Media LLC on behalf of participating local service businesses. Opulentus Media LLC is the registered sender, controls all outbound messages in this program, and is identified in every message.

How a consumer opts in (the call to action and consent step)

"Sorry we missed your call at [Business Name]. We can send you a text right now to follow up and get you taken care of. Just press 1, or say yes. Powered by Opulentus."
"Hi, this is [Business Name]. Sorry we missed your call. What can we help you with today? Reply here and we'll get back to you shortly. Reply STOP to opt out. – via Opulentus"

Consent records

Every consent is logged at the moment it is given, with the call identifier, a timestamp, and the caller's keypress or spoken response. Complete call records are additionally retained in our telephony provider's call logs and can be produced on request.

Who can be messaged

Only a phone number that both placed a call to the business and affirmatively consented on that call, as described above. No contact lists are purchased, rented, imported, or messaged. There is no other entry point into this messaging program.
