Opulentus Automation is a missed call text back service for businesses that run on their phone. When a call to a participating business goes unanswered, the caller gets a text back in seconds instead of dead air, and the business gets the conversation.
What the product does.
Opulentus Automation is a missed call recovery service for businesses. When a consumer calls a participating business and the call goes unanswered, the service sends a text message from that business’s own dedicated number inviting the consumer to reply, then relays the conversation so the business can respond. The business writes its own first message and chooses which questions get asked; Opulentus doesn’t generate the words and doesn’t answer the call itself.
How it works.
Step one
The business sets it up.
An owner starts a free trial, writes the first message and after-hours message, and chooses which of the six question slots to turn on.
Step two
Missed calls forward to Opulentus.
The business keeps its existing number. A carrier forwarding code, or a VoIP provider setting, sends only the calls that go unanswered to a dedicated Opulentus number.
Step three
The caller gets a text, the business gets the lead.
The caller receives the business’s own message within seconds, answers the questions the business set, and the reply lands with the business to answer themselves.

Not an AI receptionist
Opulentus Automation is rules-based. It never answers a call and never talks to a caller. It sends the text the business wrote and asks the questions the business chose, nothing more.
Not a live answering service
No one picks up the phone on the business’s behalf. The business’s own phone rings as it always has; only a missed call triggers a text.
