Call forwarding › Metro by T-Mobile
Metro by T-Mobile call forwarding.
Metro by T-Mobile doesn’t publish a call forwarding dial code on its own site. It runs on the T-Mobile network, so T-Mobile’s codes are a reasonable starting point, but confirm the exact code and whether forwarding is enabled with Metro support before you rely on it.
No published dial code. Here’s what to do instead.
We checked metrobyt-mobile.com and its support site on 2026-09-17 and found no page publishing a dial code for call forwarding. Two paths work without guessing one.
Path one
Your phone’s own settings.
On an iPhone: Settings, then Phone, then Call Forwarding. On Android: open the Phone app, then Menu or Settings, then Call Forwarding. Turn on forwarding for calls you don’t answer, calls when you’re busy, or calls when you’re unreachable, and enter your Opulentus number.
Path two
Ask Metro support.
Dial 611 from your Metro phone, or use the MyMetro app, and ask them to enable conditional call forwarding on your line and confirm the exact dial code for your phone.
Sources checked: metrobyt-mobile.com and its support and terms pages. Last checked September 17, 2026. We didn’t find a dial code published on Metro’s own site, so none is printed on this page.
What to know before you set it up.
Prepaid plan
Confirm it’s enabled first.
Metro is a prepaid carrier, and prepaid plans sometimes need a feature explicitly turned on by the carrier before any forwarding code or settings-menu option works. Ask support if a setting won’t save.
Skip the guesswork
Don’t trust a random dial code.
Third-party sites list T-Mobile-style codes for Metro, but none of that comes from Metro’s own site. Use your phone’s settings menu, or confirm the code with Metro support directly, rather than dialing a code you found elsewhere.
Once forwarding is on.
Step one
Set the number.
Enter the number shown in your Opulentus setup as the forwarding destination, through your phone’s settings or Metro support.
Step two
Tap Verify.
In Opulentus setup, tap Verify. It places a real test call to your number and confirms forwarding works.
Metro by T-Mobile forwarding questions.
What is Metro by T-Mobile's call forwarding code?
Metro doesn't publish one on its own site. Metro runs on the T-Mobile network, so T-Mobile's own codes are a reasonable starting point, but ask Metro support (dial 611 or use the MyMetro app) to confirm the exact code and that conditional forwarding is enabled on your line before you rely on it.
Do I need to enable call forwarding before it works on Metro?
Possibly. Some reports describe Metro requiring call forwarding to be turned on for the line, through the MyMetro app or by calling support, before any code takes effect. Metro's own site doesn't confirm the details, so ask support directly.
Is there a fee for call forwarding on Metro by T-Mobile?
We couldn't confirm a fee on Metro's own site. Ask Metro support whether call forwarding carries a charge on your plan before you turn it on.
How do I set up call forwarding on Metro without a confirmed code?
Use your phone's own Call Forwarding settings menu (Settings, then Phone, then Call Forwarding on iPhone; the Phone app's Settings on Android) instead of guessing a dial code. If that doesn't work, call Metro support and ask them to enable and confirm forwarding for your line.
