Can I cancel anytime?
On the month-to-month plan, yes. Cancel anytime in the app. You keep access through the end of the month you've paid for. The 12-month plans can't be cancelled mid-term.
Do you offer refunds?
No. The current month on the month-to-month plan isn't refunded, and the 12-month plans have no refunds. The free trial is how you try it first: cancel during the 14 days and you won't be charged.
What's the difference between the two 12-month plans?
Both are 12-month agreements. One is billed monthly at $139/mo. The other is billed once a year at $1,548, which works out to $129/mo.
Why does Opulentus cost more than an AI answering service?

Do the plans include different features?

Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Every plan is charged in US dollars, including for businesses in Canada. A Canadian card is charged the USD amount.
