Cricket lists Call Forwarding as an included feature on every current plan, but its own support site doesn’t publish a dial code for it. Set it up through your phone’s own settings instead, or ask Cricket support to confirm a code for your device.
No published dial code. Here’s what to do instead.
Cricket’s “Available Features” page confirms Call Forwarding is included, then points you to a device-specific Quick Start Guide, not a code. Two paths work without one.
Path one
Your phone’s own settings.
On an iPhone: Settings, then Phone, then Call Forwarding. On Android: open the Phone app, then Menu or Settings, then Call Forwarding. From there you can turn on forwarding for calls you don’t answer, calls when you’re busy, or calls when you’re unreachable, and enter the number to forward to. This is the path Cricket’s own device manuals document.
Path two
Ask Cricket support.
Dial 611 from your Cricket phone or use chat at cricketwireless.com, and ask them to confirm conditional call forwarding is available on your plan and, if your phone needs one, what the dial code is for your specific device.

What to know before you set it up.
Prepaid plan
Not every line has it.
Cricket is a prepaid carrier, and conditional call forwarding isn’t guaranteed on every plan. If the settings menu option won’t save, that’s the first thing to ask Cricket support about.
Skip the guesswork
Don’t trust a random dial code.
Forum posts and third-party sites list several different Cricket dial codes that don’t agree with each other. None come from Cricket’s own site, so a wrong one can lock forwarding into a state you didn’t want. Use your phone’s settings menu instead.
Once forwarding is on.
Step one
Set the number.
Enter the number shown in your Opulentus setup as the forwarding destination, through your phone’s settings or Cricket support.
Step two
Tap Verify.
In Opulentus setup, tap Verify. It places a real test call to your number and confirms forwarding works.
